Stacey is a graduate of Mohawk Central High School and Central City Business Institute. Stacey joined the IDA in 2015 after 23 years of economic development experience at the Mohawk Valley Economic Development District and 13 years of purchasing experience at General Electric. Stacey performs all financial operations, human resource functions, and administrative tasks for the Agency under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer.
