Frank has served on the Board since December 2024. Currently retired, Frank remains actively involved in the Little Falls community through his service on several local boards and organizations. Frank serves as President of the Little Falls School Board and is also a member of the Little Falls Youth and Family Center Board of Directors and Board of Trustees, as well as the Board of the Little Falls Public Library.
